Cake Pops

I am not a big fan of making cake pops, I think they taste great, look nice, and you can design so many cute things with this concept. But when it comes to me making them I dread  the process, it is lengthy and for some reason I always struggle with strawberry cake pops, must be the make up of strawberries.  I had a baby shower request for 64 of this cutie farm animals.. almost a full days work. 3 hours here and 2 there; then a solid 3.5 hours to repair the melting ones. :( Stupid humidity
